This was a team project that utilized archival materials from the ONE National Gay & Lesbian Archives at USC Libraries to explore the subculture surrounding lesbian pulp fiction novels of the 1950’s. We focused on the story of Spring Fire, originally written by Marijane Meaker as our foundation.

I took the lead in converting the found artwork into vectors usable within After Effects for animation,  and my partner stitched different animations together while creating a soundscape unique to the narrative being told.
